FREE SHIPPING We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
DELIVERY TIME Standard shipping: 5-14 business days
Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas), please allow up to 14 business days.
SHIPPING CARRIER We ship via Amazon Fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package status at any time.
SHIPPING AREA We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at headaklife@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, please email us at headaklife@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
